# Tuita — information for AI agents

Status: informational access only. Tuita does not currently publish a production MCP endpoint or a transactional API for third-party assistants.

Replace `/fr/` with `/en/`, `/es/` or `/it/` when the user prefers another supported language.

## Actions

No third-party assistant can currently create, confirm or track a Tuita request through MCP. The five journey forms and the newsletter sign-up are received by Tuita; the contact call-back form is not yet connected. Assistants cannot submit them.

An assistant may explain the services and link to the appropriate page. It must not state that a request has been submitted unless a future production interface returns a real confirmation from Tuita.

## Safety and commercial limits

- Never tell a person to climb on a roof.
- Tuita organises urgent roof interventions but does not replace the fire brigade, an insurer or an insurance expert.
- Do not invent a firm repair price, intervention date, rating, legal guarantee or service availability.

When a public MCP service becomes available, this document will publish its endpoint, authentication requirements, supported protocol version and capabilities. Until then, clients must not infer an endpoint from internal or historical documentation.
